Next thing we know there's a black man contacting you and offering you strange pills which are supposed "show you how deep the rabbit hole goes".

Consider your next move very carefully, OP.

Ah, I see. It just caught my eye because "finni" is an actual finnish word and is the same as "pimple" in english.

Finfag reporting in, I didn't get the "finni" thing until you said it ment a pimple. I was thinking something like, "yeah, that does sound like "finnish" without the ´´-sh´´"

MFW I can't recognize my own language

The Finnish literature has taken many Swedish words and molded them into our own language, so of course it is no surprise many similarities can be found between the two languages :D

Denmark: Ja
Iceland: Já
Finland: KYLLÄ!

Yes it would appear so, based on the historical events Finland participated in and the outcomes. Although I do not think the ability to wage war is a thing to be proud of, I am still proud that should we ever be plunged into a war again, we are able to hold on our own. At least for some time :)

Incredibly in war strategy and leaves the enemy with huge casualties

Well I don't speak on the behalf of the whole country, so I wouldn't know if all of us are pacifists :P and now all that just leaves me quite speechless so I'm just going to say thank you for the kind words :D your country is pretty great too, I've been there only once but it left me with a good impression :]

I think my country is great too XD

I am almost as a Norwegian response to all the Patriotic Americans XD

I don't know too much about Finish culture though. I know that you make political decisions in the saunas sometimes and that you claim that Santa Clause live in Finland. I also know that you have a wired carrying your wife sport or something like that. That's pretty much it, anything you can tell me about your culture? I'm really interested.

Oh man, I gotta say I'd be a poor choice to represent Finland in some world congress because I really don't know what to tell about our culture. But I can try. As you may know, Finland is kinda like the social retard every school class has. Some people might find us weird, because, for example, the way we are almost everyone inept to start socializing with random people all the sudden. Staring in the eyes is also something we do not like, and... Well there's a whole bunch of things I could mention, but I think you get the idea. We're socially awkward. (Then again we see no problem in getting naked and going into a room hotter than hell and just drink beer there, kinda contradicting now that I think of it). As you most likely are aware, this country is considered a sort of an "country of metal" which is not entirely untrue, because we have a crapload of metal bands, amateur and professional ones, but I like to think all scandinavian countries are part of the phenomena, since I've heard some great metal from Sweden, Norway, etc. And about the part of Santa Claus, that one is not entirely untrue either, because most finns indeed consider the finnish Santa Claus as the real one, and most people from foreign countries seem to accept this. And as you might know, Finland is also a country where we appreciate alcohol greatly. Most finns can take a crapload of booze without much trouble, but I still think the russians are unbeatable on that. That's about everything I can think of to tell right now, but please, if you got anymore questions, I'd be happy to try answer to them :)

Quite nice :)

Norway is aslo known for metal music, but I don't care for it :P I never got into those dark, satanic, anti-Christ music they play.

Oh boy, could I tell you stuff about being socially awkward in Norway! Number one rule when you get on the bus, sit as far away from anyone as possible. If there are no seats where anyone isn't sitting beside you, sit next to them, but have your body directed away from them. Look down at your feet or away, just DON'T make eye-contact.

About Christmas in Norway, we do have something similar to our own national Santa. It's called Fjøsnissen. Fjøsnissen comes out and helps at the home and likes to eat porridge at Christmas Eve. He lives in barns or at the Attic of the homes and he can either play tricks on you or be nice and help out at the farm. I don't know if he brings presents, since that is Julenissen's job or Santa Clause. Julenissen as we call him, isn't a part of the Culture like Fjøsnissen is because julenissen comes from the American Santa clause/Saint Nicholas
