I was giving a different perspective on the joke above, good sir, now I think everyone in the world who reads this joke knows he is referring to smart phones, as did I. However, I thought it might be humorous to to twist the joke, as I had previously stated, to make it seem as though he was referring to pockets getting more advanced rather than technology progressing to where it has today. That was what I was going after, not trying to kill the joke as you stated previously, good sir.
