You can get stationed somewhere and stay there for about a year or so.

Don't count on it. I was supposed to have been E-2 automatically and be picking up E-3 my dec, jan. time but 1. some recruiters lie, 2. some fuck up, 3. paperwork gets fucked

So even if i take 3 years of JROTC there's still a chance they fuck me and i go in as an E-1 and i went through countless hours of useless shitty marching out of formation because my battalion in useless and can't do anything right?

I had a friend who they lost his certificate of completion or some shit so it took him tell after his job school to get it fixed and get E-2. They didn't back pay him either. SO it IS possible

Well if anything i can get my instructors to come in and talk to them.
One of them is a Marine Captain, the other is an NC1 (Naval Counselor First Class) and i think the last guy was an ex-Navy Seal.

Well it all depends on performance. Theres no real set. Generally 3 months to get E-2 and 9 to get E-3 after that its such a wide range I cant say
