Protip: select anything on MS paint, make it a transparent selection if you so desire; copy and paste it onto an MS word document as a pic. Rotate it to preferred position, copy the new rotated pic, and re-paste it back to paint.

holy hell! At that point, wouldn't learning the basics of Photoshop become a lesser effort? I know the 5 million buttons can be daunting at first, but a simple image rotation wouldn't be that hard.

Fair, but PS usually takes forever to load, and when you save a picture, the default file format is a .psd, not a .jpg or .png.
