Where can I buy/get the materials to make these?

You just go get your vans, and then the paint is just regular acrylic paint, unless you want the stars to glow in the dark then get glowing paint, and sealer with a matte finish, that's it! but it's all about technique because if you don't do it right it just looks tacky, and I've seen many feeble attempts at making em, and not to get cocky but mine are the best I've seen haha
