Nope. Lobster telomerase never shortens. In fact it lengthens as they age.
The older they get, the more fertile they get as well.

telomerase is an enzyme, i think you meant telomeres which are the noncoding dna sequences at the polar ends of DNA strands

Look it up on google. There's plenty of articles about lobster and possible immortality. They didn't prove it, but it is supported by many evidences.
