industrial hemp already has very low THC levels, also they would be no point to ingesting it with out the THC, thats what gets you high. the it just becomes a very useful plant which industrial hemp already is. kind of circular logic.

However hemp farms would restore quite a bit of the farming economy, it is extremily easy to grow without any chemicals and you can make high quality paper, fabric, food, and natural oils from hemp.

Checmicals yes, but bad ones no. Why would we want to refine the THC out of weed? That would kinda completely rape the point in weed.
