There's no rules to Music, misticalz.

What I hate is the pop singers that don't know anything but singing and use pitch correcting software to fix it.

They don't even write their own lyrics.

The closest thing to that I listen to occasionally is Justin Timberlake, because he can play instruments. All of them. He also works with writers in stead of having them write the entire song.

Now that you've ruined a good thread with this, please find the closest drumstick, put it in your mouth, and fall as fast and hard as you can on your face.

How ignorant of you OP.

Sonny can sing and play guitar, Joel can play piano. Do I see any of you people being famous for the music you make? No. So shut the **** up please.

The post sure looked like it was implying electronic music.

actually, thats just the televised grammys. the untelevised portions give awards to many producers, artists, engineers, etc. that dont exactly fall into the pop-culture that would attract an audience.

just wondering
I want an EMG 81 and an EMG 85 pickup
but there is no space in the body!

EMG X series are better than the standard.. but i'm finding that even that is missing something. I'd check out the Bareknuckle pick ups.

The pick ups these days are made so well that electronics don't have much to offer, even in high gain areas. You lose the "soul" of the tone from the guitar.

Sure Zidjians are good but they are also quite expensive and you can find cymbals at a lower price range that sound just as good.
