Holy fucking shit that's perfect.
My only complaint is that the white face paint is added on too evenly. In the movie, a lot of it is in thin layers so you can see the skin beneath. It makes for a shabby, deranged look.
I especially love how he nailed the greasy hair, though.

I was about to say "Maybe it IS him, and he's just pulling of what Charlie Chaplin did aswell. (He entered a Charlie Chaplin look alike contest (He didn't even win))"
.. But then I remembered....
....Unless Heath Ledger has been secretly alive this entire time, just to do this. Or because he actually believes that he's The Joker, and left society to it's own demise. Slowly hurrying it along with orcane machines and republicans and anything else concerning the US appearently. Like aliens. They all land there. I'd like to see a Alien film set in Finland, or Ireland, or Luxemburg.
