Long ago, 1st Recon (including Boone) where sent to destroy Bitter Springs, a Great Khan camp. They where told to shoot them on sight, and so they slaughtered the civilians (women, elders, children, the sick) trying to escape down a pass.

For Boone's companion mission, you go to Bitter Springs, which is now a rundown series of shitty tents and NCR, and Boone decides to protect them from the oncoming Legion onslaught. So you and Boone, the two "civilians", fucked up a bunch of legionaries.

I'm assuming you were asking because you couldn't remember what happened, what the situation was, not who was actually there.

Well, I was interested in what faction was there because I haven't played too much NV :P I still haven't done Boone's mission, how do you trigger it?
