Crappy joke filled with Indian stereotypes, "I can't talk to girls, nerds are socially awkward!"
"I'm a Jew who tries too hard with women, isn't my stereotypical Jewish mother so clingy?"
"We're the female characters, we're basically all the same because the writers of this show are so devoid of talent that they can't write a decent female role without relying solely on their sexuality, and making us foil for the male cast."
Sprinkle in some very broad "nerd culture" references (mainly Star Wars and LotR because the writers don't know anything beyond those) and you have your episode.

I remember the audience exploded into laughter because Sheldon was playing Super Mario 64. No joke, no punchline, just some fucker playing Mario.

I think that The Big Bang Theory script consists of what stupid people think that smart people talk about.

I'm positive most of the people watching it don't get any of the smart jokes, but laugh at the catch phrases and swear jokes.

It used to be special, nowadays its just an average sitcom aimed at the mainstream.
anyway I have a theory about how its gonna end:

*Amy is gonna confess her lesbian feelings for Penny, who rejects her, and this ends in Amy killing Penny and committing suicide.
*Leonard gets depressed because nobody loves him and he is a super betafag, so he also kills himself
*It becomes apparent that Sheldon IS indeed insane, and has been going on medication this whole time, but Amy has been stealing his pills(to try to make him love her), therefore Sheldon has become increasingly more insane eventually causing him to be locked in an insane asylum.
*When Howards mother dies, he divorces Bernadette and enters a threeway gay relationship with Raaj and Stuart.

Plausible?

i never liked this show. it is too over rated like nutella, bacon, and nokias.

Meh. I prefer How I Met Your Mother.

Finally someone calls this show on its BS. It's formated exactly like any other trite sitcom, crap joke or pop culture reference with laughs right after. Lastly, every goddamn condescending asshole says," You're probably too dumb to understand the jokes", which just adds fuel to the fire.

I don't think it's that bad, Sheldon can be annoying but then again he's kinda supposed to be. The only thing I hate about it is that damned laugh track, it's so unnecessary and it always seem to play on parts that don't even seem like actual jokes
