It's a Pantera tribute. They were a metal band from the 90's and their guitarist always wore a razor blade. Sorry if you know who they are.

Had to log in to say, from the 80's not the 90's. They formed in 1981, and they released 5 albums in the 80s. Granted their bigger hits did happen in the 90's so i can see how you could be confused, but please don't throw an awesome band from the 80's into the 90's when the bands from the 90's could only play easy stuff, and awesome solo's and real talent almost ceased to exist.
