Alright. Here's the deal. Some of the people have already said what I, too, think about this.
First. I like your art style. I really do. It's good. But... *sigh*. Enough with the typical emo stuff. I have seen that crap way too much already, and usually, it is NOT funny. Sadly, this is no exception. The whole "cute girl + emo guy"-thing, it just doesn't work. To some people it does. And yes, that is good thing, because at the least, you still have people who like your style. BUT, there is eventually going to be more of the haters than fans.
Second. Now, I'm not expecting to see anything miraculous on the joke section, but please. Really. Some of these jokes have been seen so many times, it automatically turns anything it's associated with unfunny. It doesn't matter what the situation is, if the joke is still the same and overdone... It's not THAT funny anymore. And the more it's getting overdone, the less funnier it will slowly, but steadily, be. That's just how it is.
One more thing. Some people are purely thumbing up stuff that are OC, for the fact that it's OC. You may have heard the good ol' saying "Same jokes in a different comic does not make it OC." It's the same if like some game company decided to re-release their own old game, with the only thing being that it's remastered to HD, and then they ask for like 60 euros for it, with nothing else with it, no extra content, nothing. Imagine how shitty you would buying a remastered old game with the same price that a completely different and new game has.
Aaaaand that's about it. I'm pretty sure you can handle the constructive criticism, and mark my words, you have a chance to improve as a comic maker in the future. But you need to work for it. Harder than now. Especially since you want to be an OC comic maker.

Ok, there are several things wrong with this content, but I'll try to address them as orderly as possible.
1. Your title. While I'm glad you're giving away any punchlines (not that that should be a problem for this comic, but I'll get to that), all you're doing is whoring yourself with your name in the title. Classical composers are the only people who can just name their shit "Mozart's Violin Concerto No. Penis," and you is sure as shit ain't Mozart.
2. Your character design begs for attention. There is no need to give the male protagonist emo hair and flannel shirt, nor is there a need for the female character to be a Hot-Topic-frequenting nekomimi with striped sleeves and double d breasts. You are doing what Disney is doing with their actors--that is, making sure they look good rather than are funny. I can't deny the quality of your artwork, but it becomes your focus and detracts from the joke (or lack thereof). Which brings me to...
3. WHERE'S THE JOKE?!? A good tip when making a comic is to imagine if it sounds funny summarized--a boy and girl set up a contest on who can get the most candy, the girl kicks a man in the nuts and wins. Not funny. Again, this is funnyjunk not welldrawnjunk.
4. I've been saying this for years, but I'll say it again--CHARACTER-BASED HUMOR IS ONLY FUNNY WHEN WE BOTH KNOW AND LIKE THE CHARACTERS, and currently my feelings towards these characters can be described as "neither." A FAR better route that works MUCH BETTER with media such as funnyjunk comics is OBSERVATIONAL COMEDY, meaning stuff we can all relate to without studying your tsundere nekomimi whatever and her character quirks.
5. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, really with the fucking boobs? Really? Did you really just invoke fanservice to get this shit to the front page? Need I remind you of the cancer known as the fucking-boobs channel? I want FJ to be funny; if I'm horny, there are a plethora of sites to tailor to my desires.

This is the kind of post where you need to weigh the pros and cons.
Positive:
-OC
-no ragefaces
-good art
Negative:
-not funny
-overly sexualised female character
-general emo hipster faggotry
Considering the most important parts of a comic, I'd have to say this post is an over all junk rating. Next.

Do not get me wrong I respect you to no extent for your ability to draw incredibly well and have the stamina to do the incredibly rare thing known as oc. But If you are putting hours in drawing it, why not put most of the hours spent on making the joke much better? Please remember its quality over quantity. Im pretty sure The FJ community rather have one incredibly original and creative comic to claim as their own rather than 3 half assed comics. But then again that's just me. Im sorry for stating my opinion and sorry for my bad grammar do have a nice day.
