I appreciate Halo for what it is, the game series that revolutionized shooters. I don't think that the recent games are worth bragging about, nor that the previous iterations stand the test of time. Despite this, you need to realize the significance it played in not only first-person shooters, but all of gaming. It really created the formula that CoD, Battlefield, Gears of War, and many other games still follow.

One of the best origanly and Garry's mod can turn it into any game on earth

I absolutely love Half-life. I recently bought the half-life pack on steam during the summer sale for like $7 I think.

of all FPS games i think my personal fave was Day of Defeat source
awesome gameplay, great guns, easy to get into

call of duty and medal of honor kinda suck now, theyre trying to knife fight it out like pepsi and coke and focussing more on fighting for sales above the actual gameplay

battlefield series should have stopped at 2, 3 takes craptons of xp to get to average anything in the game and 3's maps are too big

the more realistic the video game the better, hence battlefield 3 and Arma

battlefield 3 is one of my favorite first person shooters. i kick ass in the attack helicopter. operation firestorm is the shit.

it's realistic but it's not real life. just get over it and play the game.

check out arma 3, and i can say the only class that should be camping on battleifeld is the one capping a point or planting a bomb and the sniper

.50 cal with the straight pull bolt is fun to use. i play in the vehicles more times than not though.
