My favorite fire alarm story is back in high school when for a week or so kids were pulling the alarm constantly as a prank. I was in my chem class and we were doing lab, one really important timed experiment that we were cooking in these oven things. My teacher said to leave them in there because it was probably another prank pull, and we'd be inside in no time. When she realized it wasn't a prank and it was an actual alarm pulled because of a possible fire in the building, she started laughing hysterically and said our experiments would probably catch fire if left in the ovens for too long and would quite possibly burn the classroom. MFW we almost caused a fire because of a fire
