Well it looks like this paper was placed in an area that is dilapidated and run down, which indicates that there would be a vast majority of people on welfare there that would support Obama. Obama supports taking money from people who have worked hard in their life and giving their money to people who do not even want to attempt to find any type of job. Therefore this leads to the majority of people in this area saying that Romney sucks.
