What did you do Apple?

Let me introduce you to the Samsung Galaxy Note. It's a phone, but it has the size and processing power of a miniature tablet (1.5 GHz dual core Snapdragon processor and 5.3 inches).

And it came out over a year ago. I've owned one for quite a while, and I've gotta say I love it. I have small hands, but it's surprisingly not a problem. Also, yes, it fits very well into my pockets (even into my tighter jeans). They're coming out with Note 2 this upcoming year and I can't wait.

So when I see Apple pulling shit like this, I say that's another score for Samsung. They already had the miniature tablet idea years ago, and they also made it a phone. It's just a damn shame that Samsung's products don't get the same popularity that Apple does.

The Galaxy Note 2 is a Tablet smartphone, that won't compete with the iPad mini, maybe with iPhone's yes, but to be honest, I'm not an iPhone fan and I'm planning on getting the galaxy s3 for my upcoming birthday. The iPad mini was made to compete with the other 'mini' tablets like the Nexus 7 or the Kindle fire that have the 7-inch form factor, since it's a type of tablet that can easily be carried around, but big enough to be a tablet.

apple brings their specs up to everyone elses standards and counts that as leaps and bound ahead. other companies go farther than anyon else and are ignored
