They don't make bikes for gender, one is to give the frame more support in order to help on off road terrain, the other one is just a casual suburbs bike

back in the day when bikes were created right after the little wheel big wheel stage...they had the bar angled down for the girls because they all whole dresses etc then and they didnt want to get caught and/or have the possibility of seeing under the dress as she lifted her leg over. now the stucture helps with strength etc.
