They are designed like that because of skirts. Women's bikes have lowers bars so they could get on without lifting their legs up so far that hey would have to show off their panties to everyone. Men on the other hand have pants and do not have this problem.

MFW 2 days later theres a huge fucking bruise on my crotch. Luckily most of the impact was taken by my inner thigh, so I wasn't fucking castrated by a bike.

I didn't learn how to ride a bike as a kid, but when my friends started riding theirs I asked my mom for one for my birthday... It did not go well. Racing against my friend, the finish line was next to a fence. Naturally competitive, when my friend started to slow up I pedaled even faster, slammed into the fence and bruised my balls. At least I won. Also, while learning to ride through practice I was hit by three cars, two of them were parked. Moral of the story, bikes are out to get me.

I love simply love it. Cycling while taking risks is best cycling. Makes you feel like a man for riding a bike (and a fucking sissy if you fuck up)

Well, if youre not short then you dont have to worry about racking yourself on your bike. Grow a few inches and you will be fine that or get a smaller bike. Im 6'0'' and I dont have trouble with this.
