umm... okay i hate to be that guy but in this day and age that only counts as a near-mastery of classical boring Newtonian physics
more akin to a level 49

a level 99 mastery of physics (assuming we currently have an understanding of the basic forces and particles) would most likely entail the ability to create electromagnetic and/or gravitational fields
