Napoleon wasn't French either.

He was short and he was born in France.

He wasn't short, he was about average at the time. He looks small in his grave because corpses shrink and people were shorter back then and a british cartoon described him as the 'little Napoleon'; that's where the myth comes from. He wasn't actually French, he was Corsican (Corsica did belong to France though) and didn't learn to speak French until the age of 10.
Sarkozy and Hollande are small though.

That's like saying that someone from Wales is English (if most people in Wales did not speak English). Just because it is part of the same country does not mean that they are the same people. And as I said he only learned to speak French at the age of 10.
