A New York man retired. He wanted to put his retirement money to good
use so he started searching for properties in Portugal, after arew months or
searching he eventually round an old farm house which was to his liking.
After more research he round out that the farm had been vacant for some
15 years, the owner and his wire had died leaving no heirs, due to unpaid
taxes the farm had been seized not long ernerther died, and had
been put back on the market. There had been several viewings, but the
large barn included in the property was rather an eyesore and its big steel
doors were welded shut, nobody wanted to go through the extra expense
the barn, there had been no previous orders.
The New Yorker bought managed to buy the farm at almost havethe
asking price. Not long after he moved in he set about to tear into the barn,
so him and his wire went out and bought a heavy duty grinder's cut
through the welds.
