what kind of diet? How many calories do you eat now? What's your caloric deficit?

it's a diet called "grete roede" i can consume about 1900 calories a day. and have to eat 4-5 times a day, but very small portions at time. there is no candy, soda, bacon or anything.

and caloric deficit... i don't know what that means [small]i'm norwegian... sorry[small]

lol when im on diet i eat 1000 kcal in a 8 hour window and faste the orther 16 hours.

I was not overweight or anything. I just wanted to try it (I do different diets as a hobby).

But for me it was not the case. I found that my concentration (in shcool, university) was best in the morning when i have been fasting.

The thing is that when you are fasting your body burns fat at a steady rate, so that your bloodsugar level dont drop but stays steady (probably a little under the optimal). This means that your concentration is elevated and your feeling of hunger is minimal.

So basicly the thing about not getting enough energy is not true, cuz you just get the energy from burning your stored fat.

I have also lost 15 kg of fat in the past (no fasting just exercising and eating well) and i did it in 4-5 months. What im saying with that is just go fucking hardcore diet and training mode and just get it over with, so that you can enjoy the spring as a new man! Its the best thing you can do for yourself ever.
