If you are getting it for pc , it's just a matter of time until steam goes crazy (as usual) and sells the game with a huge discount , on the other hand , bethesda is the publisher , so probably in a period of 6 months , arkane (developers) will release some dlc , and finally release a goty edition with all the expansions/dlc for 40 / 50 bucks , or at least that is what happens with any bethesda game , even if they are just the publishers here.
