I went to bed around 11:20 last night hoping for the same thing
I know she was awake all night, but can someone explain how waking up at 3:30 leaves you awake and motivated,
But after you sleep those other 2 hours you feel like your bed is drenched in chloroform.

I'm currently suffering through that now.
At 2 AM I was thinking "Okay, I can sleep now."
I got all ready for bed and everything.
It's now 5 AM and I still can't sleep.

Just fucking exercise for 20 minutes. 20 minutes of hard work. Shower (or don't because most of you are gross teens) and, then fall asleep over a period of 10-15 minutes instead of lying awake in your bed for 2 hours.
