Actually there were no vikings in the unified Sweden. Sweden was unified as one country in the 16th century while the vikings died out in the 12th century.

I am a swede as well, though my sources aren't Wikipedia, but books. Gustav Vasa was the first king of a unified Sweden (Sweden as we know it today), and that's what's relevant to this post.

Also, Sweden changed a lot after Eric.

there was many kings before Gustav Wasa, but yes he did "unify" sweden more than it was before through better taxation and such but he wasn't the first king.
