Lol without Britain or Germany, the EU wouldn't even be worth mentioning. Seriously, I think a tribe of women from Africa could overturn all of the EU. You have no standing army. Hell, the U.S. is your only true defense as of right now. America has 50,000 troops in Germany alone because your weakness.

are you retarded? without the airbases in germany the american troops in afghanistan would get no support and shit.
there are nearly no combat units in germany/europe.
and germany alone can build up an army of several million men in just some months.

the germans had one of the biggest armys on earth in the late 80´s, and more tanks then the fucking US army.

Actually Anon, we americans deliver our own supplies via transport planes from our bases. We also have 52,440 troops in germany as of December 31st, 2010. It is true that with Germany's incredible economy they could go from economic powerhouse to one of the most powerful war machines on the planet without any trouble.

britain is one of the main reasons the euro and eu are fucked up. and yes,i know they dont have the euro. Google it if you want.
They pretty much fucked everything up, had worse economical growth the greek AFTER their crisis, but for some reasons media doesnt want to mention it.

I know Americans are supposed to be ignorant, but really? In case you didn't know, the EU is made up of a number of individual countries, each with their own military forces.

America is not "defending" the EU.
