How fucking low of a society do we have to go where we can't listen to a man speak for more than 30 seconds on a topic that can change the world. The idea of the debate is to let the candidates interact through unfiltered media and allow certain candidates to justify things that their opponents have accused them of. They actually do a pretty good job of this, explaining plans and other matters in great depth is the job of the campaigner outside of the debates.

Obama accused Romney of multiple things, and the moderator tried multiple times to change the subject before Romney got an opportunity to justify or discredit things that Obama said. The same thing happened to Obama but not nearly as much.

Because Obama was going over the time and Romney had to disprove the fallacies.

Agreed on Romney winning. I haven't personally taken much of either side. This is the first part of either of their campaigns that I've seen. But I think just about everybody universally agrees that Romney pretty much beat the hell out of Obama in that debate. Hell, even some big Obama supporters said as much.

I'll give Obama credit. He got Romney on the medicare issue. But Romney killed him in the opening rounds and closing arguments.

Both had good points here and there for sure, but Romney had a way of deflecting a ton of what Obama said and using it as ammo, barring the medicare debate.

Romney won, but he also told several half truths and lied through his teeth. He was more aggressive and dominant in the debate, but when your material isn't even solid, it diminishes your victory.

Oh my I did not notice you are the poster of that comment. I just messed up, my bad. I've just been so pissed with every other post "You seee dat debaate? Obama got smoked" It get's annoying. Especially when the only time facts are shown they sound more opinionated than the actual ideas they have I have a huge chemistry test tommorow, and I wanted some funny to cheer me up, instead I got a lot of random people telling me I didn't watch the debate, or something else stupid.

i just got a 39% on my differential equations test, got the news today.

Romney implemented a socialist health care system very similar to Obamacare when he was governor of Massachusetts. Romney is just as "socialist" (though I don't think you know what the word really means) as Obama is, by your usage of it.
