I always drew my family, my drawings were awful, but my father would always say "Print it out, ill use it" and smile at me.
MFW ten to twelve years later i went into the back of his work van to load fire extinguishers and attached to the rear of the cab separation wall was every single drawing i did on the computer as a child.
This part may be too long, but you can read it if you like
My father found me sitting there looking at them and said something to me that he has only said eight times in my life. He told me he loved me and he was proud of me. The times i can remember him doing that were the first time i took a hard fall as a child and got up. The first time i stood up for myself. The first time i stood up for my friends. The only time i told my grandmother (my moms mom) off because she was talking bad about how my father was overweight (which is actually a hilarious story) and when i graduated high school with a scholarship to a good university. I am told that he said it the day i was born, the first time that i made him laugh and the day that i introduced my girlfriend to my parents(they didn't stay for long and he told my mom)

For christs sake, I hate all this "90's kids" and "I feel old shit", I used to go on a Windows 99 computer and go on paint cause I thought it was awesome too, and I'm only 14. I've seen this picture so many times on this site, and a couple of times on frontpage already, the only thing that's really old, is that stupid post.
