Everyone's saying they're plastic. What I wanna know is... Why the hell are you gonna put plastic ones in there when you're out of real ones? All that's going to do is confuse people.

plastic displays do not go bad if they put real ones in this display case they would go bad every day because that display case is a light over some racks

If they're out, then why don't they leave it empty? Does the heating element break if there's nothing inside to warm? I just don't get it. If you're out of pretzels, then leave the thing empty.

they have them at the theater i used to work at they are not easy to store most places don't have a lot of extra space to move the display so out of pretzels is easier to say. i would imagine they simply ran out but it is possible their pretzel cooker broke its like a steamer almost so if it isn't working there is no other way to cook the pretzels
