We were having a class discussion in one of my classes about "creativity". The topic of J.K. Rowling enters the discussion and someone mentions that Daniel Radcliffe is now on the currency in the U.K. I refuse to believe this, although Harry Potter is very popular over there and here in the states, I did not think they would actually put him on currency...maybe make a statue but not on currency. Thank you for confirming.

Daniel isn't on our coins or bills, sadly. We do have the Queen and Charles Darwin, among some others I can't name. Also, Niue(Which is to the north-east of New Zeeland) released a one-Dollar coin featuring Pikachu as part of a commemorative promotion for the Pokémon franchise, with Pikachu on one side and the nation's coat of arms on the other. So these things aren't entirely out of the ordinary.
