Ok, I have returned. The more recent test have shown very little difference in the natural reflexes of men and women (outside factors do effect reaction time), so I was incorrect. You are mostly right, women are better suited as pilots because of their smaller size, but for that reason alone. A man that is as small as a woman would be able to withstand g-forces just as well. (I like women pilots better anyway, kinda sexy in my mind).

I looked into it was well and the core of the woman is stronger so it does not compress as much under the g-force so blood is able to move more freely in the body cavity and up to the brain, and can handle stress better then the male body.
