When my brother was a toddler, he was on the gravel driveway playing with some rocks.
Since we live in a very rural area, and it was summer, snakes were quite common.
All my brother could do while the huge Tiger Snake slithered towards him was cry.
It's a good thing our Border Collie x Staffy killed it and chewed it's head off before it got to him.

I went to Costa Rica this summer: Orb-weavers, bullet ants, funnel web spiders, biting forest hornets.

Not as bad as Australia, but still all of my nope.

Spiders, the drinks, are awesome. Hell, even my Grandmother drinks Spiders. Ask for a Dead Lizard at any pub in Australia. It's Coke and Red Cordial. That's even better than Spiders.
