Neighbors have a mini-river thing in their yard for looks and for the sound, but the top puddle never fully circulates, it's been hell all summer

i suppose the introduction of Eastern Mosquitofish would be a nice addition. They reproduce incredibly fast and they do an excellent job of eating larvae. I've got them in my pond and the make babies faster than anything i've ever seen.
