which question? i survived because i liked it back then and noone really cared. if you want hair like that, grow it, volume moose it, dry it pulling up the bits you want spiked up, straighten it all down, then get some extremely hard hairspray and spray it all up, then straighten it dry. i know how to do this too well for my own good :/
