Holy shit, what is wrong with the tattoo artist? Tattoos are not suppose to make the skin that red and normally don't bleed that much andddd your suppose to wait till the bleeding stops to rap it up.

My ink was done by one of the best guys in California, and since his shop was in Twenty-Nine Palms, he got a LOT of business. Mine still look sharp & clean to this day, about 17 years later. However, one friend of mine always reacted like this (epidermically, not emotionally) when he got inked. Just the way some people are, not automatically a reflection on the skill of the artist.

Some people's skin is quite delicate, and the tattoo has clearly been power lined, meaning it's thicker and deeper

I think the guy was quite drunk when he had it and supposedly having alcohol in your system increases bleeding. Maybe that's why it looks a bit raw.
