Europe = horses, wolves, and the like - faster and can last longer than humans
NA = bears can easily run down a person
Africa = without the use of weapons almost everything would fuck humans in every category
Asia = elephants, tigers, leopards, you name it.
South America = jaguars
etc.

About being able to out last any running animal, not really. And we are actually not built for endurance. we're built for bursting (sprinting), which is why in the good ol' days humans would hide and wait for the prey then ambush instead of trying to leeroy jenkins it. Otherwise we would have died of starvation looong ago.
