He was caught by a red light camera. He ran a red light (endangering other moterists) and the camera snapped an image o fhis liscense plate. He was then mailed a ticket through the mail. He did not come in contact with police through out this ordeal, yet still felt the need to degrade them. This man isnt a legend, hes a cunt.
