I know right?
I've been trying to get Comcast to send someone over to fix the fucking router, but they says THE SAME FUCKING THING.
Unplug wait 5 minutes plug in.
As if I hadn't done that...for years.
YEARS, and they said the same thing.
What the hell comcast, I'm your customer, and you treat me like this?

It ususally disconnect you at worst time for nearly no reason unless you have Comcast tech guy come over and fix it with additional cable line or something.

Unplug the router and modem fool. Every once in awhile mine cuts out, so I just unplug everything then plug it back in. Don't get AT&T though, you will "randomly" owe them $900.
