Look at her stomach. Does that look like the stomach of someone about to give childbirth? When she said "It's not due for another week", I'm pretty sure she was talking about her period, and that kid that's dead and floating is because she landed on him. (Seriously, he has a full head of hair and swimming trunks... Baby? Seems legit.) Anyways, yeah this is just to the people below in the comments saying "She gave birth" and shit.
