I'm asexual. In a different way than evilanakie though. I used to be straight, but then I went through a horrible breakup.

Then I realized that, regardless of whether my ex was a girl or a boy, I'd still be in love with her/him. At that point, I looked around and found that no one was attractive to me. Boy or girl. Biologically, I'm straight. But my psychology has overwritten my sex drive, and even my ability to be attached to anyone but her. Now I'm finally over her (still care about her), but I'm still not attracted to any particular gender.

Asexuals exist. We don't number in the many, but we exist.
