When my mom was breastfeeding my brother, she always was covered up with a blanket or fed under a shirt. I've never seen anyone just pull out their tit in full view to feed. In the second case, that is obscene. I'm okay with breastfeeding, but that doesn't allow someone to be completely exposed.
