i wonder sometimes how it is completely okay for an atheist to bash a christian for what they believe, but the minute a christian voices their opinion, it is suddenly a big no-no.

I think its okay for people to mock Christianity because it is the believe in things without evidence, in some cases believing things in the face of evidence (age of the earth, evolution, ect.). Just like someone who believes in Bigfoot or that they have been probed by aliens.

God scorched the top of Mt.Siani, there is a clear dark (burnt looking) discoloration on the top only. no where else on the mountain. but, most of Christianity is based off of faith. you are right, there is not a ton of evidence. but the same way people read history books and accept it as factual is the same way the bible is taken as fact. but believe what you want, i am not going to suck the life out of you by force feeding you my beliefs.

and their argument back to this would be "Christians are more stubborn because they believe in a obsolete belief " its all just a vicious cycle, some christians go on the offensive and dont handle situations well and make every christian look bad. which is what fuels atheists fire. eventually we wont have to worry about it anymore
