Just throwing this out there...I don't find resident evil that scary (at least the NEWER RE games, no)
I don't understand why people freaked out so hard with dead space. It got really repetitive after a while, with how you were attacked by monsters.

I haven't played 2, so I wouldn't know if it got any better.

Well either you tried to not get scared purposely, or it just doesn't phase you. Either way, they are scary to many people.
