not only is this a true story but the the three men dressed as musketeers are local heroes. The leader of there group was once arrested do to his vigilante justice, but was rescued in court when a dozen or so victims he had rescued. They all gave sparkling testimonies telling how he had saved him. He was released and is still doling out justice

You could at least post the follow up which I unfortunately don't have on my computer.
But the Swedish guys were in danger of losing their visa for these kinds of shenanigans, but after a testimony from a lot of people they helped (including a woman who was almost raped) they were allowed to stay.
