krillin's power level seems to drastically change depending on the situation,
for some reason throughout most of dbz he's a little bitch,
but when vegeta wants to almost die in the frieza saga,krillin makes that
shit happen in one blast

Vegeta lowered his defense (kind of like lowering his power level to like 200) so Krillin was able to severely wound him in 1 shot.
