One of my dogs have no brakes.
Whenever she chases after a toy in the house, she runs into the walls in order to stop.
Slippery floors + dogs are a good, good combo.

That friend is actually not aware that he is ''that'' guy(unless ofcourse you tell him/her that you and your other friends think of him/her as that friend)

So if you're seeing this now and thinking ''I dont think i have that friend'' it is very likely that your friends actually think of YOU as that guy.
