11 years ago, some radical terrorists attacked the world trade centers in new york, killing a bunch of people. thus, became a tradition here in 'merica to "never forget" about the innocent lives that were lost. And apparently the rest of the world thinks we're still crying about it from what I see on a bunch of these posts. Then there are the idiots that pretty much defend 9/11 who are still crying about the lives lost.

Everyone at my school made a big deal about it today.

My college class did too, he was like, "lets close our eyes and take a moment to remember those that lost their lives 11 years ago."

It was the day that the news interrupted a DBZ episode of when Goku was turning SSJ vs Freeza here and pissed off basically everyone that was watching the episode. No idea why USA puts that much significance to it tho.

I see, I too would be upset if I missed an episode of my favorite anime.

Don't understand why FJ likes cartoons like FMA and DBZ so much.

They're just cartoons.
