Infamous:
There are two buildings with people hanging off the edge of them, you can only save the people on one of the two buildings
Who do you save?
These 6 doctors? Or your girlfriend?
You choose the doctors: Congratulations, you've saved all 6 of the doctors, but You're girlfriend has fallen to her death. :D
You choose your girlfriend: Congratulation, you've saved a fake dummy of your girlfriend, Your girlfriend was in with the doctors. :D
Fuck that part of the game.

Well actually if you changed routes, they would randomly appear somewhere else instantly. You need to wait for them to be on the same route as you are...

Ive got probably the best method for catching these fuckers. You'll need an Eevee (later to Umbreon) and a Breloom.
1. Train Eevee high enough that it learns Baton Pass (Level 36) And then evolve it into an Umbreon (its important that it be Umbreon and not Espeon)
2. Train Umbreon to level 57 to learn Mean Look
3. Have any pokemon on your team with False Swipe and a Status Inflicting move (like Parasect)
4. Start with Umbreon, (Umbreon SHOULD be able to outspeed the beasts, if not, give it a Quick Claw and hope to get lucky) Mean Look the enemy and because they wasted a turn trying to escape, you can take most definetly take a hit and switch into your false swiper with Baton Pass (Generation 2,3, and 4 games are the only ones this is usable on).
5. False Swipe and status the enemy into submission, healing when necessary.
6. ???
