I can gather more info from that top blue-screen than from the bottom blue-screen...
Which results in being able to point out the exact problem better and replace the faulty hardware if necessary.
But thats just me :P
The bottom blue screen is like the Apple 'blue scene' (Yes, apple products have a goddamn 'blue screen' altough it isnt blue, or a screen at all), where it says "An error occured, please restart." Where the only button it gives you is the 'restart' button you can still click with your mouse.
Which results in being able to point out the exact problem better and replace the faulty hardware if necessary.
